Cloud Security Statement

Overview

eXtensi cloud services (eXtensi Cloud) are hosted and delivered by firebase.google.com. Google is responsible for the security of its actual data centers and the firebase cloud. Tempo is responsible for monitoring, managing and securing the eXtensi Cloud.

Facilities

Firebase manages the data centers that host the eXtensi Cloud. eXtensi Cloud data is hosted in the European Union.

Certification

Google manages the security of the cloud. Google Firebase has been certified by third-party organizations, and manages many compliance programs to comply with laws and regulations. A list of such certifications and compliance statements can be found at:

Data Storage

In the eXtensi Cloud, data at rest is encrypted using industry standard encryption. Additionally, all communications with the eXtensi Cloud are protected with HTTPS using TLS.

People and Access

Within eXtensi, only a few members of our Cloud Team have access to the production environment for the purposes of maintaining our cloud services and assisting our customers. Additionally, we monitor all access to eXtensi Cloud.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login information.

Backups

Customer data is backed up once per day, and is encrypted.
