Data Act information
This information is given under Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the Data Act). It covers the ICT infrastructure used for our Cloud Apps. Services hosted by eXtensi run on a dedicated server in an OVHcloud data center in France. That infrastructure is subject to the jurisdiction of France and to the law of the European Union. App data held on the Atlassian Forge platform is stored in Atlassian's cloud infrastructure. It sits in the hosting region (realm) that applies to your Atlassian product. The jurisdiction that infrastructure is subject to follows the location of that region, which Atlassian publishes for each hosting region. eXtensi itself is established in Poland and is subject to Polish and EU law.
We take the following measures against unlawful access to non-personal data held in the Union by governments outside the EU. We host data in the EU by default. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it, on a least-privilege basis. Personal data leaves the EEA only under the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR. Where we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, we first carry out a transfer impact assessment. Every provider that processes data on our behalf is bound by written data-processing terms. The details are in Annex 1 to our Data Processing Addendum and in sections 9 and 10 of our Privacy Policy.
